2D, 3D Finite-Difference Time-Domain


2D, 3D Maxwell solver based on the Finite-Difference Time-Domain method.  Well suited for analyzing the interaction of UV, visible, and IR radiation with complicated structures employing wavelength scale features.

Stack Optical


A set of script-based commands for computing the optical response of a multilayer stack analytically. Both plane wave and dipole excitations are supported.

Far field projections

The near to far field projections calculate the EM fields anywhere in the far field.  The near field data is obtained from one of Lumerical's optical solvers, then the far field projection is calculated as a post-processing step.

Grating projections

The near to far Grating projections calculate the far field profile from a periodic grating structure.  The near field data is typically obtained from one of Lumerical's optical solvers.  The far field is then calculated as a post-processing step.
